August 21st (Sat) and 22nd (Sun) 2010 - INTRODUCTION TO MEDICAL INTUITION (Health Arts College, Box Hill)
September 11th (Sat) and 12th (Sun) 2010 - INTRODUCTION TO MEDICAL INTUITION (Goodwood, Adelaide)
September 18th (Sat) and 19th (Sun) 2010 - INTRODUCTION TO MEDICAL INTUITION (Health Arts College, Box Hill)
Times: 9:30 - 4:30 approx. Saturday 10 - 4.30 approx Sunday
To register for a Funshop, download the registration form, choose your payment option and RETURN registration form by post to PO BOX 336 Nunawading VIC 3131
Payment may be made by cheque or money order (attached to registration form), bank deposit (contact Carmel for details) or online credit card transaction (see paymate links below).
*Carmel reserves the right to cancel any funshop that does not attract a sufficient number of participants, should this occur all fees will be refunded in full.If you cancel your registration for the funshop with more than 14 days notice an administration fee of $50 will be deducted from your fee/deposit and the remainder will be refunded. If you cancel your registration between 1 and 14 days before commencement of the funshop, $150 will be deducted from your fee or deposit and the balance paid, if any, will be refunded. There is no refund of fees after commencement of Funshops. If you unable to attend your booked funshop you will be offered an alternate date for study, but an additional $150 fee will apply to cover additional administration, printing and catering fees. Additional fees may be altered or waived at Carmel Bell's discretion. |
