After the Energy Self Defence Funshop, I came away feeling lighter and happier.  It certainly was a “fun” two days!  I cannot believe how well I am sleeping – a much deeper sleep!  The simple techniques that you taught enables me to ground and seal myself and set up effective shields to protect, clear and clean my energy system.  This should really be taught in schools!

Energetic Self Defence Funshop
I loved this funshop.  Carmel what you taught us was so simple and easy to do and it works!!!  Given the amount of energy that we were moving during the weekend, I thought we would all feel tired but instead everyone’s vibration seemed to be operating on a high level – it was such a pleasure to see people shift from feeling low vibrationally to looking fantastic on the Sunday.  It was obvious that this stuff you teach us works and I’m still amazed at how little of your time it takes to create the change.  It’s so comforting to know how to properly protect myself energetically and to also know how to detect energetic interference and know how to rid myself of energy toxicity in less than a minute is really empowering. 


Intro to medical Intuition FUN SHOP
This funshop has changed my life.  Using the tools you taught us, I have shifted years of emotional crap and I feel wonderful.  Having learnt these new tools and working with the metatronic energy over the past 6 weeks, my energy levels have dramatically changed for the better.  My self esteem has obviously increased as well because I am now being given more responsibility at work and I feel better about myself – a lot happier.  Having used this energy on my partner, I have been amazed at seeing his energy levels shift very quickly – from feeling so exhausted in the morning, to picking up very quickly and then seeing a more vibrant energy around him.  All I can say is that what you teach us is amazing and everyone should learn what you teach.

I valued the chance to ask all my questions, not only did it make me feel as if what I had to say was relevant but it also helped me to better understand how energy works. 
 
I feel much better equiped to deal with life and feel less flat which is great. I have even been listening to my inner voice/guide and feel more confident as a result. I understand that when things don't go the way I intended that there are reasons for this and no need to get upset or angry. I am also feeling less need for validation/comfort from others.

Since doing the funshop with you last year,I have used the techniques constantly.Not only the grounding and sealing,but knowing how to protect and clear myself and my environment ,has taken the fear out of  having to battle the unseen forces in the world that we are at the effect of all the time.
I now know when I get tired or don’t feel like myself that IT is usually some energetic attachment and I clear it myself instantly.The tiredness goes and I feel MYSELF again.
And all this is done with a sense of FUN.......
The techniques are so easy and practical and really work.
My  whole world has opened up because now I know what is happening around me and I have the tools to handle anything that comes my way.

 I am particularly interested in Medical Intuition as I am a researcher and author on the subject of Intuition with the intention of promoting a greater understanding of this form of intelligence, often ignored in our present day society.

I first met Carmel Bell earlier this year through a recommendation from a colleague. Intrigued by the concept of her ability to read the energy body and make a complex diagnosis and provide healing, I had my first session with her on the telephone. Carmel related an accurate diagnosis of my current health challenges including potential for future disease within my body. She additionally told me about aspects of myself impossible to be known withouyt prior knowledge.  I was so impressed by her unique ability , I have continued to have regular maintenence sessions receiving healing remotely.

When she ran her workshop on Energetic Diagnosis in Sydney, I immediately enrolled. The techniques that she imparted in the two day workshop were delivered with a great deal of knowledge, authority and a passionate commitment for the subject material.  I have continued to utilise the techniques to my benefit since the workshop. I most highly recommend Carmel to anyone who is interested in viewing their health and wellbeing from the Energetic Medicine philosophy.

The class on Viewing and Diagnosing the Energy Fields and Chakras, taught by Carmel Bell was so incredibly complex and yet the way Carmel taught it made it all seem so simple and obtainable. I never thought I would be able to actually read colours which something I have always wanted to do! The confidence Carmel imparted to me was so empowering and I was able to read and diagnose the first day! I also started getting messages so clear during and after the class. I was/am amazed.

Carmel also made the class so much fun I was continually eager for what was coming next. Casual, easy going and direct with answers to any question we had the class was totally comfortable, making for a great learning experience.

I use the modalities taught in my practice daily as well as on myself. I am very thankful for Carmel agreeing to teach what she obviously has been sent for....it has been life changing for me.

So many of the ways I had been taught just seemed a bit off for me and after the class I knew why and what she had to teach made so much sense. I would recommend this class to anyone that is willing to step up and be the healer/ light worker they are.

It was a great pleasure and privilege to have you come all the way to Texas, USA to teach your Energy workshops. It was also a credit to you to have people willing to fly in, to be with you from all over the States. No-one left here the same way they arrived! Change and transformation, fun and learning all rolled into a full weekend with many, many powerful tools and quick ways of balancing our energy fields. For me personally, I use some of these tools on a daily basis and have found them to be extremely valuable.
